A stroll on Tanglin road took me to this little eatery in the basement of Tanglin Mall. After scouting through the menu, I was able to find only one item that was suitable for vegetarians. I contemplated going elsewhere for a meal, but ended ordering this dish.
The 'Thai Mango Salad' at Thai Corner did not disappoint at all. A melange of raw mango, onion, paenuts and chilli sauce was whipped up within minutes. The serving was fairly generous for a price of $5.5 The salad was fresh and crunchy. The service was good.
While the salad may be on the spicier spectrum of the taste palette for some, Thai Corner is willing tomodify the level of spice based on customer requirements.
The Thai Mango Salad from Thai Corner gets a 10/10 from me.
